Our DACA Batch 16 was well prepared for their CA 1 exam. They just mastered the TESDA NC II – Cookery with flying colors the other week. Therefore the students had a kind of dry-run. However, with showing a great performance at the TESDA exam, they raised the bar for themselves a little bit higher. Certainly the Judges were expecting nothing else than stunning dishes.

Main Dish: Grilled Chicken over Homemade Pasta with Pesto Cream Sauce
Dessert: Chocolate Ice Cream
The students lived up to their expectations but also left some room for improvement. All together they did a great job and showed once again that DACA is the leading Culinary Arts School in Negros Oriental.
