Culinary Courses

DACA-International provides a range of unique and innovative programs (usually first in their field) in a modular format including higher certificate, degree, masters degree and postgraduate degrees. Culinary Arts and Food Technology is a multidisciplinary field and areas of study include culinary performing arts, gastronomy, bakery operations, bar management, food product development, health, hygiene & safety and wine studies. Modules from the full-time programs are available on a part-time continuing professional development (CPD) basis.

Full-CAThe International Culinary Arts Program is a unique and innovative (3) three module culinary program specifically designed to prepare graduates for the international culinary workplace. The DACA 10 month Culinary Program is taught as: Culinary Arts I, Culinary Arts II, and Culinary Arts III.

The program uses International Educational Standard’s as well as the Dual Education System from Germany and International culinary techniques both highly effective learning methods.

This program allows students to acquire hands-on competency in Culinary Arts, Kitchen Management, HACCP and Nutritional Education. It is recognized by the Philippine government program – TESDA, (Technical Education and Skills Development

DACA-Power-CourseThis one month course gives you the opportunity to experience the professional “real life” experience of a restaurant kitchen business. You begin by learning the basics of the Culinary Industry in one action packed month.

The program contains everything from Food Sanitation & Safety, Basic Culinary Education, Kitchen Management and how to use equipment as you cook international recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The 30 day course begins 8 am till 4 pm, Monday to Friday. Class size is limited; enroll today to avail of the next Power Culinary Course start date.

short-courseLearn the culinary secrets of your selected field in cooking.

Emphasis is placed on methods of preparation, techniques, quality of the finished product, and decoration and presentation techniques.

Students will train on their own work stations guided by the Chef. You will be learning from the Best International Chefs Hands-On!

The DACA course includes all ingredients and training materials. The course runs 8 am till 4 pm Monday to Friday for five (5) days.

DACA Graduates are working successfully in senior positions both nationally and internationally in restaurants, bars, bakeries, food product development, food retailing, and food education; while a growing number continue to open and develop their own businesses.
