The Baking and Pastry Course before Christmas is for those that would simply like to learn more about the skills required to bake well. This intensive five day series takes you through the key principles of pastry and bread.

Each day you will enjoy learning new techniques and skills, prepare you ingredients and recipes and cook a varied menu.

Learn the culinary secrets of Baking breads and making delicious Pastries. You will also learn how to bake with yeast goods as well as cookies, cakes and scrumptious desserts.

Emphasis is placed on methods of preparation, baking techniques, quality of the finished product, and decoration and presentation techniques.

You will learn the different phases of bread—from mixing the ingredients to proofing to baking. Once you have gained an understanding of the techniques of classic bread making, you will be able to recreate fresh bread at home. Roll up your sleeves and be prepared to get the dough rolling because this is a hands-on experience!

Students are taught by our Chef Instructors from around the world. Each chef will teach you the basics as well as latest techniques to make sure you impress your family friends or customers.
