Last Wednesday was the TESDA examination day at DACA. During the TESDA Cookery NCII assessment students have to plan and prepare 5 courses and present them to the Edwin C. Sancelan.
Each of our Students had to plan and prepare a 5-course meal from a limited pantry, showing different cooking techniques as well as knife-skills and proving their product- and kitchen-hygiene knowledge in the oral examination. That all had to be done in only 4 hours.
